Clemson baseball live score updates vs Wake Forest: Tigers face Deacons in ACC road series

CLEMSON — No. 4 Clemson baseball looks to win its fourth consecutive ACC series as it battles No. 13 Wake Forest in a three-game weekend series at David F. Couch Ballpark in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

The Tigers (37-10, 17-7 ACC) lead the ACC's Atlantic Division, stayed atop the Week 12 ACC power rankings and are on track to host another NCAA Tournament regional in back-to-back years.

The Demon Deacons (33-16, 12-12) are fifth in the Atlantic Division and are riding a six-game win streak. Although they have struggled this season, they are also on track to make the NCAA Tournament.

"Obviously, Wake was No. 1 in the country for a long time," Clemson coach Erik Bakich said. "They're a great team."

Wake Forest swept Clemson at Doug Kingsmore Stadium last season. Still, the Tigers lead the all-time series 142-63-1 and have a 55-33 record at David F. Couch Ballpark.
