Friday, May 31

  • Class 1A semifinal — Villa Grove / Serena winner vs. East Dubuque / Woodhull AlWood winner, 10 a.m.

  • Class 1A semifinal — Windsor / Campbell Hill Trico winner vs. Carrollton / Glasford Illini Bluffs winner, 12:30 p.m.

  • Class 2A semifinal — Beecher / Taylor Ridge Rockridge winner vs. Carterville / Newton winner, 3 p.m.

  • Class 2A semifinal — Elmhurst IC Catholic / Poplar Grove North Boone winner vs. Effingham St. Anthony / Auburn winner, 5:30 p.m.

Saturday, June 1

  • Class 1A third-place game — Semifinal losers, 9 a.m.

  • Class 1A championship — Semifinal winners, 11:30 a.m.

  • Class 2A third-place game — Semifinal losers, 1 p.m.

  • Class 2A championship — Semifinal winners, 3:30 p.m.

Location and tickets for IHSA softball state finals

The Class 1A and 2A softball finals are May 31 and June 1 at Louisville Slugger Sports Complex in Peoria. The field is located at 8400 Orange Prairie Rd. in Peoria. General admission tickets are $10 for each session. There are four sessions total, two each for 1A and 2A. You can get them here.
