Christine Quinn claims her husband Christian Dumontet trapped her in their Hollywood Hills home among many other allegations in a restraining order filed Tuesday.

The former Selling Sunset star's husband was arrested first on March 19 amid an alleged domestic violence incident and again the following day for returning to the couple's home, allegedly violating an emergency protection order that had been put in place.

On Tuesday, Quinn filed a temporary restraining order against Dumontet, whom she married in 2019 and with whom she shares two-year-old son, that lays out what she claims is a history of "volatile and erratic" behavior.

In the document, the celebrity real estate agent alleges that Dumontet has taken "extreme measures to prevent me from leaving the property" and to "isolate me and our son." She claims that he has locked down their front security gate "so we physically cannot leave the property."

"The house is at the end of a long driveway, on the top of a hill, and there is a large and heavy gate that controls access to the property," she says in the document, while recounting how she says she considered trying to flee the house amid an argument with her husband on March 18.

She claims that Dumontet "could, if he so desired, simply lock down that gate and completely barricade the property" and prevent anyone including "the police" from entering.

Quinn also claims in the filing that Dumontet "routinely turns off the household internet to cut off communication with the outside, because we have no cell reception in the residence due to the terrain."

PEOPLE reached out to Dumontet's attorneys, who had no comment. He filed a restraining order of his own against Quinn on Monday.

The petition for the restraining order goes into great detail about what Quinn claims was the conflict that led to Dumontet's initial arrest: an argument stemming from a disagreement about finances.

In Dumontet's restraining order, he claims the argument was about him constantly having to clean up after the couple's dogs, whom he alleges Quinn has refused to house train.

In Quinn's account, she says the argument began the previous night, March 18, and involved an alleged tirade during which she claims Dumontet threw a number of dried flower arrangements at her, poured a can of soda on their bed, threw dog feces at her and urinated on their bedroom floor. She says in the document that she called her son's nanny to help her arrange to leave the next day.

"I needed to start making plans to leave him and extricate myself and our son from the house because [Dumontet] was becoming increasingly volatile and erratic," she claims in the document.

According to the Los Angeles Police Department, Hollywood officers first responded to the residence around 2 p.m. local time on March 19 for a domestic issue.

“Victim and suspect were involved in a domestic dispute,” an LAPD public information officer confirmed to PEOPLE at the time. “The suspect threw a bag containing a glass bottle at the victim, missed the victim, but the object hit the victim’s child causing injury,” the officer alleged.

Their son was treated by paramedics and Richard was charged with assault with a "deadly weapon." Dumontet's restraining order filing claims "there was no glass in the bag,"

Dumontet was arrested for the second time on Wednesday night after he allegedly violated an emergency protective order.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed, “At approximately 11:40 p.m. our Hollywood officers responded to a radio call. The suspect, Dumontet, Christian, was arrested for violation of a restraining order.”

Both Quinn and Dumontet expressed in their filings that they feared the other would abduct their toddler son, Christian George, and requested their spouse not leave Los Angeles county with him. They also both requested the other vacate their shared home.

The couple have been married since December 2019 and welcomed their first and only child together, in May 2021.

They met after Quinn wrapped filming for the first season of Selling Sunset, on which she was a series regular until season 5. Richard made a few cameos on the Netflix real estate docudrama but didn’t use his real last name and instead went by Richard for “privacy reasons,” according to a Netflix representative.

In May 2022, Quinn revealed to PEOPLE that she and her husband had become business partners after teaming up to launch a crypto real estate company, RealOpen. She departed the Oppenheim Group, the agency around which Selling Sunset is based, in order to pursue the business venture.
