Christine Quinn is claiming that her estranged husband Christian Dumontet failed to pay medical bills associated with the birth of their son.

TMZ was the first to report.

In documents obtained by PEOPLE, the former Selling Sunset star, 35, is demanding that Dumontet, 44, be held responsible for “unpaid hospital bills related to the birth of the parties' son.”

The paperwork, filed in the Superior Court of California on Tuesday, April 16, adds that Dumontet owes “an amount in excess of $100,000 (total amount to be determined). Petitioner stated he would pay these bills, however, he has allowed them to enter collections under Respondent's name (without her knowledge), severely impacting her credit.”

PEOPLE reached out to reps for both parties for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Earlier this month, Dumontet filed for divorce from Quinn after being arrested twice following an alleged domestic violence incident that involved their toddler son.

The former couple tied the knot in December 2019 and became parents to their son Christian Georges Dumontet in May 2021.

In Quinn’s filing Tuesday, the real estate agent is also requesting full legal custody of their child.

On March 19, police were called to their Hollywood home for an alleged domestic violence incident in which Dumontet allegedly threw a bag with a glass bottle inside of it at Quinn but it missed her and allegedly hit the child. He was arrested following the alleged incident.

In a statement to PEOPLE at the time, the LAPD confirmed the incident, and said the child was treated by paramedics.

Dumontet was charged with assault with a "deadly weapon," according to a statement from law enforcement.

He was arrested for a second time at their home the very next day, after allegedly violating an emergency protective order that had been put in place.

Since then, both parties have made claims against each other — with Quinn alleging that Dumontet also locked their security gate, and turned off the wifi to trap her and their son in the house.

The Netflix alum had filed a temporary restraining order against Dumontet, claiming that he had a history of "volatile and erratic" behavior.

In the document she accused him of taking "extreme measures to prevent me from leaving the property" and to "isolate me and our son." She claimed that he had locked the home’s front security gate "so we physically cannot leave the property."

Additionally, she said Dumontet "routinely turns off the household internet to cut off communication with the outside, because we have no cell reception in the residence due to the terrain."

Dumontet filed a restraining order of his own against Quinn in which he claimed she might try to abduct their son.

His filing stated that she “has a history of threatening to take away or hide our children from me” and “not cooperating with me in parenting.”
