Chrissy Teigen Celebrated Her Fourth Baby In The Most Chrissy Teigen Way
Congratulations are in order for Chrissy Teigen and her husband John Legend now that the couple have welcomed their fourth child (their second baby via surrogate). The announcement came as a surprise to fans who offered their congrats to Teigen and Legend several months ago when their surrogate gave birth to their third child: Esti Maxine Stephens.
Teigen shared the exciting news in a heartfelt Instagram post uploaded earlier today. In her announcement, the model-turned-entrepreneur revealed that she always wanted to have four children. She also uploaded an absolutely adorable photo of her new addition.
"For as long as I can remember, I've always wanted four children," she wrote in an Instagram post. "As a little girl, 2 glow worms and 2 cabbage patch dolls were perpetually in my arms, helping me stir in my pretend kitchen, watching Alf with me...In 2021, we reached out to a surrogacy agency, with our first correspondence inquiring about perhaps having 2 tandem surrogates, to each bring us a healthy baby boy or girl."
She also revealed in the post that she celebrated her surrogate's pregnancy by eating hot pot and watching Vanderpump Rules. A number of Teigen's celebrity friends rallied under the comments section of her Instagram post to share their congratulations.
"Four cheers for Wren Alexander!" Ellen DeGeneres commented.
"Congratulations love, I am so happy for you!!" Paris Hilton added.
"This post and these hormones. TEARS of JOY. So happy for you," said singer Jessie J.
Journalist Yashar Ali provided one of the most touching messages, writing, "I love you so much my rascal. I’ll never forget the month after Jack passed away, your heartbreak reached depths I had never witnessed anyone in my life experience. I’m so happy you get to have the family you want with John. I’m also glad I don’t have to keep my mouth shut anymore lol."
