Five years later, Chris Pratt is reflecting on his time filming Avengers: Endgame.

Pratt, 44, shared behind-the-scenes footage he took on the set of Endgame during the movie's climactic battle sequence to Instagram on April 27 as the movie marked its fifth anniversary since its April 26, 2019 release.

The video, which Pratt has shared before, shows almost all of the movie's main cast — Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr., the late Chadwick Boseman, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd, Danai Gurira, Tom Holland, Dave Bautista, Don Cheadle, Elizabeth Olsen, Sebastian Stan and Pom Klementieff — mingling during a break in filming.

"Safe to say this video isn’t illegal anymore, because how has it been 5 years since @avengers Endgame was released?!" Pratt wrote in a caption to the video. "Crazy looking back at that time with some of the greatest cast and crew makes me so thankful to be part of the Avengers universe!"

Endgame, which stands out as the second highest-grossing movie ever at the box office, marked the end of an era for Marvel Studios as stars like Downey Jr., 59, and Evans, 42, finished their runs as superheroes Iron Man and Captain America in the movie. The movie also turned out to be Boseman's final live-action appearance as his character T'Challa / Black Panther - the actor died at 43 in August 2020 of colon cancer.

"This is a really illegal video," Pratt says in the footage. Evans is jokingly heard saying he'll get in "big trouble" for filming the clip.

Pratt previously shared the video to social media in April 2019, just days after Endgame released in theaters. He explained at the time that he wanted to preserve the gathering of so many of Marvel's actors in one place for his own memories.

"I remember being blown away in this moment on the @avengers set. Nobody was allowed to film anything on their phones. I said screw it," he wrote in a caption at that time. "No rule was going to stop me from seizing this once in a lifetime opportunity to capture this collection of stars, a group that likely will never be in the same room again. We are so blessed."
