‘Chish and fips’: US chef turns classic British dishes ‘inside out’

A US chef has put his own spin on classic British food.

Anthony Calabro, 27, poked fun at dishes such as fish and chips and sausages and mash, with creations such as "chish and fips" and "rausage solls."

For the classic seaside dish, Calabro is seen mixing potatoes with flour and egg before battering it to create an 'inside out' fish, while chunks of fish are then fried as an accompaniment.

"No country’s food is off limits from being featured on my channel," Calabro said.
