Fans (and celebrity websites) have noticed the friendship that has developed between Brittany Mahomes and Taylor Swift since the superstar singer started attending Chiefs games.

But Mahomes, who is married to quarterback Patrick Mahomes, isn’t the only wife of a Chiefs player to be spotted by the paparazzi spending time with Swift.

Lyndsay Bell, the wife of tight end Blake Bell, has been featured on celebrity websites for joining Swift and Mahomes for dinners in Beverly Hills and Kansas City and for their interactions at Chiefs games.

Blake Bell said he’s thrilled for the fun Lyndsay has had with one of the world’s biggest music stars.

“It’s been wild. A wild ride, but I’m happy for her,” he said. “She’s had an amazing year going around and meeting new people and hanging out with all the girls. And I think that’s what’s special. They come to the games, we get to see them on the sideline before the games and you’ve seen that they’re in the seats and supporting us. And that’s the best part of it.”

Blake Bell said it’s fun to have Lyndsay at Chiefs games, and the players feel that support from Swift, who is dating Travis Kelce, Brittany Mahomes and others.

“There’s a group of them and that’s what’s cool about the Chiefs’ wives and girlfriends, they all kind of hang out together,” he said. “And like I said, man, the support is crazy. And we definitely feel it.”

Blake Bell, who was born and raised in Wichita and later played at the University of Oklahoma, got a kick out of social-media photos that show Swift not so subtly noting that Lyndsay is pregnant.

Blake Bell said the couple is expecting a second daughter on April 12.

“Baby girl No. 2 on the way, so we’ll have a little bit of time after (the Super Bowl) and then another girl on the way,” he said. “So it’s gonna get wild.”
