Chick-fil-A is welcoming back its beloved Peach Milkshake for the 15th year in a row just in time for the summer season. The Atlanta, Georgia-based restaurant chain shared that starting June 10, guests nationwide can enjoy this seasonal sip while supplies last.

“For me – and many of our guests – Chick-fil-A’s Peach Milkshake signals the arrival of summer,” Chick-fil-A Senior Culinary Lead Christy Cook says.

The old-fashioned favorite has been signaling the start of summer for Chick-fil-A fans since it was first introduced to menus in 2009. The classic, hand-spun milkshake – a creamy combo of Chick-fil-A Icedream dessert, vanilla cream milkshake base, peaches, and peach puree – was developed by Senior Culinary Lead Angela Canada.

“It was inspired by her Grandma Emma's homemade ice cream recipe,” Cook tells Southern Living of the origin behind the brand’s beloved peach shake. "We have people who count down the days until it hits the venue."

The iconic dessert is, of course, always topped with whipped cream and a cherry (except when delivered) and is one of the most requested milkshakes from guests.

“This June, we’re thrilled to bring back the seasonal favorite alongside the new Maple Pepper Bacon Sandwich,” Cook says. “The summer is all about time spent outside, eating good food with family and friends, and we think this is the perfect pairing to enjoy during those long, hot days.”

The brand recommends checking the Chick-fil-A App or contacting your local restaurant to find out if the Peach Milkshake is served at a location near you.
