'Chicago PD's Tracy Spiridakos Steals the Spotlight from Marina Squerciati in Fun Pics

While many appreciate Chicago P.D. and its cast for the tense, dramatic stories that happen on screen, there seem to be plenty of off-screen antics that also get fans riled up.

As cast member Tracy Spiridakos films what is set to be her last season on the show, she seems to be having a little more fun than usual, as her newest update invites fans into a playful set moment shared with co-star Marina Squerciati.

Spiridakos, who plays Hailey Upton, uploaded some snaps to her Instagram grid on March 19 showing her and Squerciati's ability to "find our light" as the two women posed in front of a huge on-set spotlight.

In the first snap, Squerciati stared at the camera in a dignified pose while Spiridakos gave a cheeky smile. In the next photo, the latter couldn't seem to hold in her laugh, while the last picture showed the actress looking frustrated as she jokingly attempted to move the spotlight, taking it for herself.

Chicago P.D. fans were ecstatic to get their dose of Spiridakos' bright energy, as one fan told the star, "There’s that smile I needed so much, thank you."

"You are such a fun goofball....I love it! 😂," wrote another, while a third shared the touching compliment, "You don't need to find it, you give the light 😍."

"That last photo has 'I’d give you the moon if you asked for it' vibes. But then you realized it wasn’t as easy to transport 🤪😅,"  a different fan joked.

Fans are clearly soaking up as much of the cast's sweet moments with Spiridakos as possible, considering the actress shared the news of her departure from Chicago P.D. last October. Showrunner Gwen Sigan later promised that Season 11 would be "a big season of growth and change for [her character] Hailey Upton.”

New episodes started airing in mid-January, and it's yet to be seen how Spiridakos' character's story will wrap up this season.
