'Chicago PD's Marina Squerciati Takes on 'Hamilton' With Daughter in Sweet Photo
Marina Squerciati and her daughter were in the room where it happened.
The Chicago PD starlet recently shared a photo from an exciting mother-daughter date to see Hamilton, the popular Broadway musical, at the James M. Nederlander Theatre in Chicago, Ill.
“#AHFW: Alexander Hamilton Fashion Week! (This is the puffiest shirt I own.) @broadwayinchicago #openingnight” she began in the caption, referring to the stylish cream and black shirt she could be seen donning in the photo.

As evidenced by her caption, the ladies were lucky enough to attend opening night of the Broadway show, which has returned to the Windy City for an encore run.
While Squerciati kept the black-and-white color scheme throughout her ensemble, pairing the poofy-sleeved top with black sculpted flare pants, her daughter brought in plenty of color with a blue and green princess dress, a blue headband, and heart-shaped red sunglasses. They both posed holding one arm up in the air, channeling their inner Alexander Hamilton (originally played by actor and musical creator Lin-Manuel Miranda)

“Adorable Mommy And Daughter 😍,” one fan wrote, while another called them a “beautiful duo.”
“THE MUSICAL THEATER KID IN ME IS SCREAMING RIGHT NOW,” another wrote, while several complimented her attire calling it “sufficiently puffy.”
Hamilton will run at the theatre through December 30, 2023, with tickets starting at $59.
Squerciati has been making the best of her current hiatus from the NBC drama amid the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes, hitting up fashion week in New York City with her former Chicago Med co-stars and vacationing in Italy.
While taking a break from bringing Detective Kim Burgess to life, she’s also squeezed in plenty of cute outings with her daughter like archery lessons during a trip to Washington State, attending the Jurassic World Live Tour, and letting loose at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa's arcade.
