Marina Squerciati doesn’t always dress up for a night in Chicago, but in the event that she does ditch her sweatpants and slippers for a few hours, she makes sure the outfit is picture-perfect.
During a recent outing at the Chicago Cultural Center, the Chicago PD actress—who brings to life Kim Burgess on the NBC series—donned a stunning salmon-colored gown that hugged her curves and featured a striking sweetheart neckline.
Her glam for the evening embraced the same palette, with her lips touting a rosy pink color. Meanwhile, her hair was pulled back and worn in a chic ponytail.
“Pretty in pink for a lovely evening with @mytheresa.com + @erdem,” she captioned the photo before revealing that “a few hours later I was in sweatpants and slippers, but I had a brief moment of elegance. 😜.”
She posed alongside Meena Harris, who wore a loose pink floral print dress.

Squerciati is having quite a busy week as she previously stepped out for an event at the Museum of Science and Industry alongside her One Chicago cast mates.
For the event exploring the impact of plastic pollution in our oceans, she donned a black satin cami and nude wide-leg pants, though all eyes were on her reunion with on-screen love interest Patrick J. Flueger, who plays Adam Ruzek.
Squerciati and Flueger are a few of the last standing original Chicago PD cast members, alongside Jason Beghe (Hank Voight) and LaRoyce Hawkins (Kevin Atwater), as it was just announced that Tracy Spidirakos, who joined the show in season 4, will be exiting after the 11th season. No word on when the series is set to premiere as it’s been delayed by both the WGA and the SAG-AFTRA strikes.
