Cher was a rockstar incarnate in her latest performance, where she took on London's Royal Albert Hall for the 2023 Royal Variety Performance.

There, she performed a number of songs from her debut holiday album Christmas for the first time, getting everybody into the holiday spirit.

The 77-year-old was wrapped in leather for the festive performance—which benefits the Royal Variety Charity, an organization that helps members of the UK entertainment industry in need—as seen in photos obtained by Hello!.

She wore a black buckled corset top over a white long-sleeved tee, paired with a black pair of pants embedded with metallic studs, black boots, and fingerless gloves, with a matching studded choker featuring a silver charm dangling from the center, reminiscent of a disco ball or a holiday ornament. The "If I Could Turn Back Time" singer kept her wavy black hair loose and her makeup simple as she debuted the new tracks in front of an enthusiastic crowd, including the Prince and Princess of Wales, Prince William and Kate Middleton, and Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden.

Offstage, as the superstar met with her royal spectators and shook their hands, Cher donned a sparkly black jacket over the look.

Much like Dolly Parton—who recently rocked an itty-bitty Dallas Cowboys cheerleading outfit and received some backlash from critics who suggested she should dress her age—Cher is proving that age is just a number with her latest ensemble.

Thankfully, most of the world quickly jumped to Parton's defense, with Christie Brinkley, members of The View, and more offering their support.
