Cheers to a Cheers reunion!

Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson are back together for a new SiriusXM podcast titled Where Everybody Knows Your Name with Ted Danson and Woody Harrelson (Sometimes). On the podcast, which premieres June 12, the longtime friends will reconnect 30 years after their time on the NBC program and discuss life beyond their decorated careers.

Each week, the duo will welcome a celebrity guest onto the show to riff, laugh and exchange wisdom with them. The roster of stars set to appear on Where Everybody Knows Your Name includes Laura Dern, Eric Andre, Will Arnett, Kristen Bell, Jane Fonda, Megan Mullally, Conan O’Brien, Martin Short, Nick Offerman, Mary Steenburgen, Simu Liu and more.

“Though I’ve always dreaded small talk at a cocktail party, I’ve found that it is a genuine privilege to sit down with someone for a deep, uninterrupted conversation. With this podcast, we’ll do just that,” said Danson, 76, in a release for the series.

The Good Place star continued, “And that I get to do it with Woody, my dear friend of many decades, is the cherry on top of the sundae. Each week, we’ll reflect on our own friendship and careers, and get to the core of the special guests who join us. I can’t wait for you to listen.”

Harrelson, 62, shared a similar sentiment, joking that the podcast has given him “an excuse to hang out with Ted.”

“Sure we’ll talk with interesting guests, and sure we’ll share some laughs along the way, but the biggest win will be rekindling our romance, I mean friendship, after all this time,” The Hunger Games actor jested.

Adam Sachs, senior vice president of podcast content at SiriusXM, is excited to welcome the two Emmy winners into the family, praising how “their skill sets extend well beyond any one medium.” He added that fans can expect to see “a whole new side of these incredible talents” on Where Everybody Knows Your Name.

Since Cheers ended in 1993, the duo have gone on to have successful film and television careers. Danson, who picked up two Emmys for his leading role in Cheers, nabbed another six nominations for his roles in legal drama Damages and comedy The Good Place.

Fellow Emmy winner Harrelson has also received three Oscar nominations for his work on The People vs. Larry Flynt, The Messenger and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.

Danson previously teased the podcast in June 2023, telling PEOPLE that the pair “had so much fun” creating the then-unnamed series.

“We get to reminisce and share and catch up with each other, which is alone enough, but we also have met many people between us who we can talk to and find out what they’re doing, including Senator [John] Kerry who had a small [role] in Cheers and we can talk to him about climate change,” the actor explained. “We can really go anywhere with it.”
