Break out the record books. These Fantastic Five athletes posted huge performances that exceeded even their own limits. We have school records, career highs and stat sheet fillers.

Without further ado, the MetroWest and Milford area Fantastic Five high school athletes from Tuesday, Jan. 30:

BROOKE ADAMS, Algonquin girls basketball

She posted 23 points, eight rebounds and five assists in a 56-41 win over Grafton on Tuesday. Sophia Hjerpe added 17 points for Algonquin (6-7).

PHOEBE CARROLL, Hopedale girls basketball

She big timed Blackstone-Millville with 22 points and 15 rebounds in a 46-28 win Tuesday. The Blue Raiders (7-6, 6-2 Dual Valley) have won three games in a row and six of their last seven.

OLIVIA LANE, Framingham gymnastics

The junior rewrote the Flyers record books again. She posted a 38.1 all-around score to set the school record, breaking her own mark of 37.85 from a season ago. Framingham defeated Walpole 139.8-133.4 and Natick 139.8-137.8 on Tuesday. Lane took first on the vault (9.6), bars (9.2), balance beam (9.75) and floor (9.5). Framingham's Maggie Spring was second in the all-around with a 37.2. Natick's Derek Keith was third on the balance beam (9.4) and floor (9.2). Katie Dory took third for Natick on the vault (8.7), while Noel Rivera was third on the bars (8.6)

JAMES McKINNEY, Nipmuc boys basketball

The junior posted a massive double-double with 23 points and 16 rebounds in a 56-45 win over Whitinsville Christian on Tuesday. Chase Kelly added 14 points for the Warriors (10-3, 6-2 Dual Valley Conference).

JACKSON O'BRIEN, Hudson boys basketball

The senior exploded for a career-high 34 points in a 67-61 win over Tyngsborough on Tuesday. He only needed two 3s and six free throws, hitting 13 field goals. Owen Murphy splashed three 3s for the Hawks (8-7, 5-5 Mid-Wach C).

DOVER-SHERBORN 57, Bellingham 41: Mason Melchionda posted a double-double with 17 points and 10 rebounds for the Raiders (8-7, 6-6 TVL) on Tuesday. D-S' Jono Windle and Theo Allan each scored 11 points. Bellingham's Ross Priscella scored 20 points, and Jeremiah Domercant had 13 points for the Blackhawks (6-9, 2-4).

LINCOLN-SUDBURY 60, Wayland 35: Paul Conway posted 17 points and eight rebounds, helping L-S (10-4, 4-1 DCL) secure a playoff berth Tuesday.

HOPKINTON 72, Ashland 50: Senior Sam Pantera scored 20 points with four assists to lead the Hillers (11-2, 11-1 TVL) to their ninth win in a row Tuesday. Hopkinton's Sam Dadagian added 19 points. Robbie Rudisill paced Ashland (6-8, 1-5 TVL) with 18 points.

MEDWAY 45, Norton 44: Caden Reisman and Matthew Parlon scored 11 points each for Medway (7-7, 7-5 TVL) on Tuesday. Mustangs senior Reuben Simon contributed 10 points and a strong defensive effort.

DEDHAM 58, Millis 55: Sophomore Sean Ryan scored 20 points, and freshman Jack Carter added 16 points for Millis (5-9, 3-9 TVL) on Tuesday.

BAY PATH 46, Assabet 26: Frankie Lopriore III led Assabet (2-10, 2-6 Colonial) with 12 points Tuesday.

HOPEDALE 58, Blackstone-Millville 29: Alex Lannibois led the Blue Raiders (8-7, 4-5 Dual Valley) with 18 points, while Patrick Madden hit four 3s and scored 17 points.

BLACKSTONE VALLEY TECH 52, Keefe Tech 39: BVT's Nick Whitlock stuffed the stat sheet with 21 points, six rebounds, four steals and an assist Tuesday. Eric Deppe added 10 points for the Beavers (6-6, 5-2 Colonial). George Anastos and Eidan Toppa each scored 12 points for the Broncos (7-6, 3-4). Keefe Tech's Logan Greenlaw grabbed 10 rebounds ands cored eight points.

MARLBOROUGH 73, North Middlesex 69: Chris Krueger scored 14 of his 20 points in the second half for the Panthers (2-10, 1-7 Mid-Wach B). Ryan Dillon added 15 points, while Jahki Brookins and Jeliel Alcoba each had 12 for Marlborough.

Quadruple digits: Megan Simpson becomes eighth member of Holliston's 1,000-point club

HOPKINTON 59, Ashland 31: Senior captain Elena Davies and sophomore Teagan Resteghini each scored 14 points for the Hillers (9-5, 7-5 TVL) on Tuesday. Hopkinton has won three of its last four.

LINCOLN-SUDBURY 51, Wayland 45: Evie Schwartz scored 15 points with six assists to keep L-S (10-3, 6-0 Dual County) unbeaten in DCL play Tuesday. Lincoln-Sudbury's Sarah Poland pulled down 14 rebounds with seven points, and freshman Catherine O'Sullivan scored eight points with eight rebounds. Wayland senior captain Ava Renneker poured in 26 points with five steals.

MILLIS 51, Dedham 43: Kyra Rice poured in 10 of her 16 points in the fourth quarter for Millis (11-5, 7-5 TVL). Millis Lindsey Grattan added 11 points Tuesday.

DOVER-SHERBORN 51, Bellingham 7:Erica Hills led the Raiders with 16 points, and Elliana Scalabrine added 10. Every D-S player that entered the game scored Tuesday.

NATICK 51, Brookline 33: Kira Henderson stuffed the stat sheet Tuesday with nine points, seven rebounds and five steals for the Redhawks (4-8, 3-6 BSC). Bridget Pole led Natick with 12 points.

MARLBOROUGH 65, North Middlesex 14: Liz Johnson scored 19 points to outpace the Patriots on her own Tuesday. Isabella Miele contributed 14 points for the Panthers (9-3, 5-3 Mid-Wach B).

TYNGSBOROUGH 65, Hudson 53: Audrey Lenox led the Hawks with 12 points Tuesday. Samantha Collette collected 10 points and eight rebounds, while Emma Leonardo hit three 3s and scored 11 points for Hudson (9-6, 5-5 Mid-Wach C).
