Check out some of the records broken Friday at the Drake Relays

Despite a weather delay in the middle of Friday's action, day two at the Drake Relays didn't disappoint.

Across all levels, records and milestones piled up again on the Blue Oval. Here's a look at some of top achievements from a rainy Friday in Des Moines.

Waukee Northwest girls 4x200

The quartet of Ayrissa Robinson, Keziah Caldwell, Katie Stahl and Avery Winter set a Drake Relays record in the high school girls 4x200. The winning time came in 1:40.46, a full three seconds faster than runner-up Dowling Catholic.

Jaden Damiano, Iowa Falls-Alden track-and-field

After setting the Drake Relays record in the prelims of the high school boys 110m hurdles, Damiano smashed his own mark in the final (13.84 seconds) for a dominant first-place finish.

Anjelena Carder, Waukee track-and-field

After winning a title early in the day as part of Waukee's 800 SMR team, Carder came back later and set a Drake Relays record in the girls 400 (55.45).

Jackson Johannes, Cedar Rapids Prairie track-and-field

Johannes lit up the Blue Oval with a Drake Relays and school record time in the boys 400m (47.67). The mark is also No. 9 all-time in Iowa high school history.

Nell Graham, North Dakota State track-and-field

It's been a big month for Graham, who now owns the top two 400m dash times in school history. Her win Friday came in (52.61).

Reese Brownlee, Clear Lake track-and-field

Brownlee set a new school record in the 400m, finishing in 55.93 seconds. That was good for a second-place finish.

Ani Wedemeyer, Pleasant Valley track-and-field

Wedemeyer set a new school record and a lifetime PR in the 800m, winning the event with a time of 2:09.31.

ADM boys 4x200

The quartet of Aiden Flora, Grant Rychnovsky, Zach Lohmann and Brevin Doll set a new school record in thre 4x200, taking first place with a time of 1:27.34. It also marked the first boys relay win for ADM in Drake Relays history.

Notre Dame women's 4x1600

The quartet of Siona Chisolm, Claire Sievern, Andrea Markezich and Olivia Markezich set a Drake Relays and national collegiate record in the event (18:44.15).
