The team covers schools from Bienville, Claiborne, DeSoto, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Red River, Sabine and Webster parishes based on top performances by the athletes in the region.

Most Outstanding Track Athlete

Izayla Harris

Doyline, Sr.

Why selected:Harris repeats in the top honor after winning the 100 meters with a best of 11.77 and the 200 with a 24.92. The “Doyline Queen” had the second-best time in the area in the 400 (58.34) and the second best triple jump (35-11.5).

Most Outstanding Field Athlete

Ciara Gray

Jonesboro-Hodge, So.

Why selected: Gray had the area’s best triple jump at 38 feet, 5 inches and the best long jump at 17-6 1/2. Gray also had the top 100-meter and 300-meter hurdles times.
