‘Chart-topping’ country artist to perform at State Fair. Here’s when tickets go on sale

The Washington State Fair has a treat for country music fans this fall.

The Fair announced Jan. 30 that “chart-topping” country artist Kane Brown will perform on Sunday, Sept. 3 at the Puyallup fairgrounds. The artist is known for his high energy on stage and has had sold-out shows across the country, according to a news release.

Pre-sale tickets can be purchased 10 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 1 online. Information about how to access the pre-sale is available at thefair.com/activities/kane-brown/. Tickets will be on sale to the general public 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3. Prices range from $95-$145 and include admission to the Fair.

Brown has released three EPs and three albums, including “Different Man.” He has earned five American Music Awards throughout his career and was the first Black solo artist to receive a Video of the Year award from the Academy of Country Music Awards.

Other artists Brown has worked with include John Legend, Khalid and Camila Cabello. Brown’s song with Chris Young, “Famous Friends,” was top five on Billboard’s airplay chart for 15 weeks in 2021.
