Purdue women's basketball looks to end its five game losing streak when it takes on No. 12 ranked Ohio State at Mackey Arena Sunday.

The Boilermakers are in 11th place in the Big Ten and looking for their first win against a ranked opponent during the 2023-2024 season.

Purdue has found recent success against Ohio State which was ranked No. 2 in the country when the Boilermakers pulled off the road upset 73-65 on Jan. 29 last year.

Returning seniors Abbey Ellis, Madison Layden, Caitlyn Harper and Jeanae Terry each played vital roles in ending Purdue's 3-game losing streak to the Buckeyes. Ellis scored 26 points and shot 5 of 8 from 3-point range, Harper added 12 points, Layden poured in 10 points and Terry supplied eight points and seven rebounds. The Boilermakers had previously lost three straight to the Buckeyes.
