Penn State women's basketball is still dancing in the new WBIT, and will face Mississippi State in the quarterfinal round of the WBIT on Monday.

The game will air on ESPN+ at 6 p.m. ET from the Bryce Jordan Center.

While it may not have been the season the Nittany Lions were looking for, going 20-12 overall and 9-9 in conference, they look to be taking full advantage of the opportunity in the WBIT this year. They are coming off of a decisive win over always strong Belmont. They were led by Makenna Marisa with 18 points and Ashley Owusu added 16 more.
