Career high in saves: Vote for the Cape Cod and Islands Girls Lacrosse Player of the Week
Welcome to our latest Cape Cod and Islands High School Player of the Week Poll.
High school sports fans can vote for which girls lacrosse players they think were standouts during the previous week.
The poll will be open from Wednesday through Tuesday. The winner will be announced on Wednesday along with the new poll. Votes are unlimited.

Votes must be cast via the Cape Cod Times website/mobile sites. Votes submitted via email and social media will NOT be accepted. To vote for this week's Player of the Week, scroll down on this page.
Last week's winner
Katelyn Lawson, St. John Paul II
Lawson became the third Lion (Akira Umbrello and Sophie Philbrick) to win the poll this season as she edged out the second place candidate by 13 votes (every vote counts). Lawson had six goals in a 12-7 win over Monomoy.
This week's candidates
Quinn Anderson, Sandwich
Anderson found the back of the net seven times in a 21-11 win over Nauset.
Ella Bartolomei, Cape Cod Academy
Bartolomei had four goals and two assists in a 14-12 win over Apponequet.
Avery Cobban, Sandwich
Cobban finished with four goals and three assists for the Lady Knights victory over Nauset.
Kyla Darmon, Sandwich
Darmon finished with three goals and four assists in a win over Nauset.
Ciara Hendricks, Mashpee
Hendricks scored seven times in a 14-6 win over Sturgis East.
Shelby Locascio, Barnstable
Locascio recorded four goals, and five assists as the Red Hawks beat St. John Paul II.
Mia Lowden, Bourne
Lowden finished with 16 saves in goal in a 8-6 win over Upper Cape.
Bailey Lower, Nantucket
Lower scored eight goals, dished out four assists, and had 18 draw controls in a 18-4 win over Cape Cod Academy.
Alyssa "Ally" McEneaney, Barnstable
McEneaney finished with seven goals, three assists, and five ground balls in a win over St. John Paul II.
Faye McGuire, Falmouth Academy
McGuire had four goals, two assists, and five draw controls in a 15-9 win over Dennis-Yarmouth.
Morgan Mueller, Barnstable
Mueller had 17 saves in goal for Barnstable in a win over St. John Paul II.
Paige Nash, Monomoy
Nash had four goals and three assists in a 14-3 win over Sturgis West.
Emerson Pekarcik, Nantucket
Pekarcik ended with six goals and four assists in a victory over Cape Cod Academy.
Olivia Powers, Cape Cod Academy
Powers scored fours goals and added two assists in a win over Apponequet.
Adryanna Turner, Upper Cape
Turner scored eight goals in a 17-4 win over Southeastern.
Willow Wakefield, Falmouth Academy
Wakefield had a career high 20 saves in a loss to St. John Paul II.
