New Capt. D’s opens in Warner Robins. Blackened tilapia, lobster rolls, gumbo anyone?
A new Capt. D’s seafood restaurant opened Monday in Warner Robins.
The well-known, fast-casual seafood restaurant is sandwiched between a Waffle House and McDonald’s at 3004 Russell Parkway near Lake Joy Road.
Hours are 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
This Nashville-based restaurant chain founded in 1969 is best known for its battered dipped fish fillets that come with a choice of two sides and hush puppies.
The menu also offers grilled choices such as blackened tilapia, grilled shrimp skewers, wild caught salmon and lemon pepper white fish.

The restaurant has added some new menu items such as spicy battered dipped fish fillets.
The menu also features fried shrimp, chicken, white fish, catfish and country-style white fish.
Sides include coleslaw, french fries, green beans, steamed broccoli, baked potato, loaded baked potato, breaded okra, corn on the cob and mac and cheese.
The restaurant also offers gumbo, appetizers, lobster rolls and other sandwiches, family meals and kids meals.
Don’t forget dessert such as cheese cake and funnel cake sticks.
Franchisee Visvesh “Victor” Patel also operates a Capt. D’s in Cochran. He and his family will be working at the Warner Robins location for the next couple of weeks to help it get a solid start.
This is the second Capt. D’s location for Warner Robins with the first operated by another franchisee across town at 513 North Davis Drive.
