Candace Cameron Bure's son Lev Valerievich Bure is engaged!

The 23-year-old is reportedly set to tie the knot this winter and his mom couldn't be happier about the relationship.

“We are gaining a daughter very soon," she told Us Weekly in an interview published Monday, Nov. 20. "My son is getting married just after Christmas, and so we’re very excited."

The 47-year-old went on, suggesting that the couple has mom's blessing, "She is definitely, definitely invited into the family, but we’ll see how the holidays work out in that way."

"Now it’s, like, two families," the Fuller House star expanded on her comment. "We’ll probably be vying for the kids every year."

As for how Bure is handling the big change to her family, with grace and without revealing who the bride-to-be is. "Am I a [mother of the] groomzilla? No, I’m not. I promise you I’m not. I feel like it probably is different to be the mother of a groom than the mother of the bride."

"I’m definitely finding my place in the wedding and just being supportive and I love that," the mother of three added. "Of course, I want to help and do everything, but I’m learning to settle into my position of just being available and supportive."

The news of Lev's engagement comes about two and a half years since the family confirmed that he and his former fiancée Taylor Hutchinson had called it quits. The former couple announced they were engaged in Aug. 2020, but eight months later shared that the two had broken up.
