Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow didn’t disappoint with his pregame outfit for the Super Bowl, sporting striped black and gray suit. He was also wearing Nike sneakers, a black hat and shades.

Shortly after the public saw Burrow’s outfit, fans went on Twitter to compare his fashion sense ton Cam Newton’s.

While there are plenty of fans who appreciate Burrow and Newton’s fancy outfits, there are some who noticed how there’s a double standard when it comes to Newton.

“The things some people like about Joe Burrow are the same things they didn’t like about Cam Newton,” one person tweeted.

“Cam Newton was crucified for the same fits the media is glorifying Burrow for,” another said.

Of course, some fans decided to fire off memes about Burrow and Newton.

Newton has received criticism in the past for his outfits. Obviously, that’s pretty unfair because his outfits don’t dictate how he performs on the gridiron.

That being said, we certainly appreciate how well-dressed Burrow and Newton are on Sundays.
