The team behind La Baguette Bistro and Buthion Fine Foods has partnered with the proprietor of 1515 Lincoln Gallery, 1515 N Lincoln Blvd., to bring a new dining option to the Lincoln Terrace neighborhood, just steps from the Capitol.

With 1515 Bistro, gallery founder Susan McCalmont and Michel Buthion invite guests to settle into the perfect spot for an intimate lunch, a relaxing meal with close friends or family or even a casual business meeting.

If you’re looking for a comfortable, laid back dining experience, 1515 Bistro is a great option where you can dine on dishes crafted from the mind of Buthion amid art carefully curated by McCalmont’s team as music plays gently in the background.

The menu includes lunch options like sandwiches, salads and desserts paired with an extensive wine selection, alongside choices in espresso drinks, as well as the option of sparkling water, and hot or iced tea.

The curry chicken salad, served on a croissant offers a tantalizing take on a lunch staple, while the turkey panini with tomato, pesto and mozzarella is equally delectable. Each comes paired with your choice of side salad or soup, for a lunch that while light and refreshing does not lack in flavor.
