Webb was nominated for the weekly Top Performers poll after throwing a no-hitter on the mound in Big 8 conference play versus Union City. At the plate for the week Webb was just as reliable, recording five hits and three RBIs. Since her nomination Webb has only gotten better, notching three wins on the mound with 14 strikeouts to go along with five more hits, including two doubles with seven RBIs. Bronson remains unbeaten in the Big 8 conference and looks to be closing in on yet another conference crown, thanks in large part to the play of Webb both in the field, on the mound, and at the plate.

Finishing in second place in this last week’s voting was Coldwater recording throwing track star Elli Foley who receiving 28% of the vote. Also receiving votes were Bronson’s Boston Bucklin and Union City’s Nevada Gillons.
