A classic Italian restaurant is adding a new menu item on Saturday and Sunday, and guess what that is? That's right -- corned beef and cabbage. And if you want to try other beef dishes, the restaurant offers a wide selection of grilled sirloin with roasted garlic whipped potatoes, grilled asparagus with truffle butter, and a demi glaze. Seafood is also on the menu including grilled swordfish, pan roasted cod, scallop risotto, lobster ravioli.

Right near the border of Brockton is a new building with chef-inspired creations that will impress your friends or a particular date. Giana's Restaurant is taking its own twist on modern-day dining when it comes to the look and feel of the restaurant. Their Irish-inspired menu starts next week and is serving up several dishes including: Irish stout beef stew - tender bistro tips slow-cooked with potatoes, carrots, and onions; corned beef and cabbage - traditional corned beef and cabbage slow-cooked in our Guinness au jus; corned beef egg rolls- corned beef, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese served with house-made thousand islands; and St. Patrick potato pie- Yukon mashed, maple bacon, cheddar jack cheese scallions.

McGuiggan's Pub - 546 Washington St., Whitman

McGuiggans Pub,  546 Washington St., Whitman, will be serving a traditional corned beef and cabbage dinner for St. Patrick's Day. Pizza lovers may want to try their shepherd's pie pizza instead.

Starting this Friday, McGuiggan's Pub will have live music from Brian Cabral and Paul Dechambeau, and that's not the best part. The restaurant is serving corned beef and cabbage as a St. Patrick's Day treat. If the traditional Irish meal is not your favorite, you can also enjoy their other fixings of chicken tenders with carrots and celery, bar pan pizza, chicken broccoli alfredo, baked mac n cheese, and nachos. The weekend lineup goes as follows for Sunday, March 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dave Try, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Whiskey Ridge Trio, 8 p.m. to 11 p.m. Jimmy Peters and Irish step dancers.

Starting Sunday, you can enjoy life's simple wonders of fresh corned beef and cabbage with green beer. The tavern also has steak tip pizza, buffalo chicken sandwiches, and classic entrees of fish and chips and broiled haddock. One of the perks of visiting this establishment is they serve food until midnight. Take your taste buds on a spin and try the fried scallop, Greek salad, and deep-fried mozzarella sticks.

Come on in today and enjoy Stone Forges' St. Patrick's Day specials, including deep tater sauce with cheddar cheese and corned beef topped with a Guinness demi-glaze, lamb Sheppard's pie, bangers and mash, and an Irish cream cheesecake.

These dishes twist the classics to give you a new flavor you've probably never tasted before. The restaurant even has green beer, which is a staple drink on St. Patrick's Day, making it even more special and festive.

Right in the heart of Easton is a local bar showing off its Irish-inspired food menu, from Rueben egg rolls to corned beef sandwiches and the traditional boiled dinner. Here at Doyle's, there's a little bit of everything, even leprechaun-inspired drinks and pizza smothered with shredded corned beef and a white mac' n cheese sauce base. If you're not into the new age twist, there's always a classic corned beef with cabbage, carrots, potatoes, and turnips.
