A British brother and sister were convicted Tuesday of killing a friend while he slept by force-feeding him a chicken kebab.

David Noble, 34, and his sister Nicole Cavin, 24, were found guilty of manslaughter in the March 2019 death of 56-year-old David Clark, the Independent reported.

Clark had attended a soccer match between Lancaster City and Farsley Celtic in north England on March 2, 2019, and had several pints, according to the Independent. On the train home, he fell asleep.

Noble and Cavin had been sitting with Clark on that train, as the trio had known each other for years, the Independent reported. After Clark passed out, they began forcing chunks of meat from a kebab down his throat.

Medics recovered a golf ball-sized piece of meat in Clark’s throat, according to the Independent. He was pronounced dead the following morning, and a coroner ruled he choked to death.

Noble and Cavin will be sentenced at a later date.
