Bristol man held on $20M bail charged with sexually assaulting unconscious child

A Bristol man is incarcerated on a $20 million bail accused of sexually abusing at least two children over five years, and sharing the images of those children with other individuals on social media platforms.

Brian Nathaniel Harris, 28, of the 1200 block of Pond Street, is also accused of inappropriately filming a third, a toddler boy, who he described as “kinda sexy,” and amassing a child pornography collection of more than 500 images and videos.

Harris was arraigned Tuesday morning before District Judge Jan Vislosky on 161 charges, all but six felonies.

Among the charges are two counts of indecent sexual assault on an unconscious person and two counts of involuntary deviant sexual intercourse with a child. He also faces six felony counts of indecent assault on a child under age 13 and and six misdemeanor counts of indecent assault on an unconscious person.

Another 143 felony charges involve the possession or dissemination of child pornography.

Authorities allege Harris sexually abused and filmed the three children in Bucks County, and are concerned there are possibly other victims.

“We have identified three minor victims who were victimized by this individual, but we have reason to believe there may be more,” First Deputy District Attorney Jennifer Schorn said Tuesday afternoon at a press conference in Doylestown announcing the arrest.

The Bucks County Detectives, who led the investigation, executed a warrant on Harris Nov. 21 at his home, where he was taken into custody.

Authorities seized multiple cellphones that were examined and they found multiple images and video of Harris allegedly filming himself inappropriately touching prepubescent children, according to an affidavit of probable cause.

Harris was identified through a black ring engraved with the words, “YeeYee” on his right ring finger that is seen in several videos. Harris was wearing a ring matching the description when he was arrested, according to the affidavit.

The electronic devices also allegedly contained images of Harris engaging in sexual contact with two boys. The images were taken last year and this year, the affidavit said.

Harris also allegedly disseminated several child porn files in various social media platforms using multiple online identities.

They include images of a boy in various states of undress and multiple videos of Harris sexually assaulting the child while he was asleep, the affidavit said. Harris allegedly distributed at least 23 images and videos of the boy online.

In an online conversation, Harris allegedly admitted to first sexually abusing the child when he was 9, authorities said.

Two days after police took Harris into custody, they interviewed the boy who told them that when he was 8- or 9-years-old, Harris had him pull down his pants and used sex toys on him, the affidavit said.

Twenty images of another child, an 8-year-old girl, in various states of dress were found on Harris’ phone including several files created by Harris with either his hand or face visible, authorities said. Two files dated 2018 and 2019 allegedly show Harris sexually abusing the child.

Detectives also found six images of a toddler boy with his diaper removed exposing his genitals on Harris’ phone, and allege that Harris sent at least one of the images to another person.

The names or initials of the three children were found on folders located on an application called Yandex, a Russia-based search engine and web portal, which was installed on both Harris’ iPhones, detectives said.

Within the app, detectives found a series of nested folders containing the names of “various children” each containing images or videos of a child.

"This individual memorialized these sexual acts that he perpetrated upon children,' Schorn said. "Obviously, it doesn't get more disturbing than that.”

The Bucks County District Attorney's Office is asking anyone who has information about children who may have come into contact with Brian Nathaniel Harris to contact the Bucks County Detectives at 215-348-6354.
