Breeders’ Cup World Championships at Keeneland

After hosting without fans in 2020, the Breeders’ Cup World Championships will return to Keeneland, with fans allowed this time, on Nov. 4 and 5. Over a dozen races will take place over the two days culminating with the Breeders’ Cup Classic, where Kentucky Derby winner Rich Strike will look to continue his triumphant 2022 against all odds. Downtown Lexington Breeders’ Cup Watch Party

Breeders’ Cup Watch Party at Tandy Park on Main Street will have large video screens and lots of TVs so you can watch the races live Nov. 4-5. Food trucks and outdoor bars will sell refreshments. breederscupfestival.com

Breeders’ Cup Festival: Live music

Live music will run the evenings through Nov. 5 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. at Tandy Park. Acts will include Honeychild and Tee Dee Young on Nov. 4 and The Ranahans and the Lauren Mink Band on Nov. 5.

Photo exhibit: ‘Muhammad Ali: Through The Years’ opening reception

The Boyd’s Station Gallery in Cynthiana will host an opening reception for the photo exhibition “Muhammad Ali: Through The Years” on Nov. 4 from 6-9 p.m. The month-long showcase features over 60 years of Ali photographs by Louisville Courier-Journal photographers pulled from the newspaper archives.
