Breaking: Baker Mayfield Injured On Huge Hit, But Returns
The Cleveland Browns got a massive scare moments ago when quarterback Baker Mayfield was shaken up after throwing an interception.
Mayfield tried to make a tackle after throwing an interception. In the process, he risked severely injuring his left (non-throwing) shoulder.
Here’s a look at the play below:
Here’s the video of Baker Mayfield’s injury. Takes a direct hit to the left shoulder. Blow to the shoulder is mechanism for AC joint sprain (shoulder separation). Could as possibly be a stinger. Severity will dictate return to play today #Browns pic.twitter.com/g0zaVc0ET3

After coming off the field, Mayfield went to the locker room, which caused momentary panic among Browns fans.
However, the former No. 1 overall pick didn’t even miss a snap. He returned to the sideline within moments, and was back out there when the next series began.

Now that the Browns avoided disaster with their starting quarterback, they have to turn their attention back to beating a pesky Houston Texans team.
Currently, the Texans lead Cleveland 14-7 in the second quarter.
