Now that it's July, everyone is hitting peak vacation mode, and Brie Larson is here for it. Want proof? She just posted a full Instagram photo dump that shows just how much fun she’s having, and of course, puts her toned abs and legs on full display.

The 32-year-old Captain Marvel star just shared a bunch of pics of herself hanging with friends doing all kinds of summery fun. There’s Brie working a cool print bikini, six-pack abs, and sculpted legs for days while running through a sprinkler, a shot of a mouthwatering spread, Brie cozying up to a buddy with a huge smile on her face, and Brie & co. playing Monopoly, as one does.

“Sometimes all you need is a sprinkler, a charcuterie board, a polaroid and friends!” the actress wrote in her caption. All I can say is FACT.

People cheered her on in the comments. “GO BRIE! GO BRIE! GO BRIE! 😍😍😍😍😍,” one wrote. “Girl you look like amazing 🤩🦋♥😎,” another said.

Of course, Brie is Captain freaking Marvel, so it’s hardly shocking that she looks next-level fit. Still, she’s made it very clear that she goes hard at the gym. And she has the videos and photos to prove it.

Brie has dropped her fair share of jaw-dropping BTS workout snippets on Instagram. There was that time she held a kettlebell in the air for what felt like a zillion seconds like it was NBD:

Naturally, Brie eats lots of healthy food to fuel her workouts. Her nutritionist Dr. Philip Goglia told People that she has a teaspoon of almond butter and all-fruit jam or preserves before she hits the gym. “The most recent science has shown that a little bit of fat and a little bit of simple sugar will actually increase intensity rate while you train early in the morning,” he explained.

After her workout, Brie will typically have eggs or a protein shake, followed by a snack like some fruit. Lunchtime is usually chicken with veggies and two "bridge meals" (a.k.a. solid snacks) before dinner. And before bed, you might catch Brie noshing on a lil’ more fruit.

BRB: Gotta invest in a sprinkler.
