Bachelor in Paradise Season 9 Cast
Greer Blitzer of The Bachelor Season 27
Zach Shallcross eliminated the controversial brunette beauty after she came down with Covid-19. On “The Women Tell All” special, saleswoman Greer apologized about defending blackface in the past and pledged to educate herself about racism.
Brayden Bowers of The Bachelorette Season 20
Charity Lawson had to send home her strangest suitor after he kept threatening to pack his bags. But now the travel nurse is ready for a more lighthearted reality show! Brayden recently told Parade.com, “[BIP producers] reached out to me like a month after I was off the [Bachelorette] show and I had a little bit of a cooling off period, got to talk to a counselor for a minute prior, and see if it was something I really wanted.” The San Diego guy said of the Paradise beach setting, “It’s a comfortable environment for me. I’ll feel like I’m in my natural habitat.” He kisses Kat Izzo and ogles Rachel Recchia, according to previews.
Aaron Bryant of The Bachelorette Season 20
The software salesman suitor was Charity’s rock but got eliminated twice. It’s rumored that Eliza Isichei from BIP Season 8, who rejected lovable Rodney Mathews, gets into a serious romance with Aaron on Season 9. Reality Steve saw them as a couple in a leaked alleged production video.
Peter Cappio of The Bachelorette Season 20
Fellow Charity contestants blasted the pilot in a “F--- Peter” internet controversy. He was axed on week one and was accused of trying to monetize his brief reality appearance, which he denied.
Jessica “Jess” Girod of The Bachelor Season 27
The blonde e-commerce coordinator and Zach mutually agreed she should leave over her disappointment that she didn’t receive a one-on-one date. Reality Steve has claimed Jess and Blake Moynes get together on BIP but ultimately, they split and he eliminates himself.
Eliza Isichei of The Bachelor Season 26 and Bachelor in Paradise Season 8
Rumors have flown that stunning marketing manager Eliza, who was torn between two men during her last beach stint, could wind up with Aaron this time.
Katherine “Kat” Izzo of The Bachelor Season 27
On Charity’s Bachelorette live finale, a teaser video revealed Kat and Brayden, who both work as nurses, kissed in Paradise! But Reality Steve has reported that Kat allegedly gets engaged to John Henry Spurlock, who was eliminated early on Charity’s Bachelorette season.
Samantha “Sam” Jeffries of The Bachelor Season 26
During Clayton Echard’s season premiere, Sam memorably appeared in a bubble bath wearing a bikini but then vanished from the show. She later said she self-eliminated off-camera after not feeling a connection with Clayton. In a Paradise trailer, Sam has a weird storyline, saying she's gone nine days without pooping!
Olivia Lewis of The Bachelor Season 27
Blink and you missed her, as Zach quickly sent home the physician assistant.
Sean McLaughlin of The Bachelorette Season 20
The software sales rep was crazy about Charity. But she escorted him off in week 5 after he got angry about a two-on-one date with love rival Tanner Courtad (who is also rumored to be on BIP Season 9).
Blake Moynes of The Bachelorette Seasons 16 and 17
The hunk got engaged to Katie Thurston on Season 17 but they split up and she dated another contestant, John Hersey. With Katie also on BIP Season 9, there could be some serious drama with the exes.
Mercedes Northup of The Bachelor Season 27
Zach said goodbye to the beauty, who was working four different jobs, via Zoom after he got COVID-19.
Rachel Recchia of The Bachelor Season 26 and The Bachelorette Season 19
After splitting from her show fiance Tino Franco, Rachel is ready to find love on the beach! According to Reality Steve, Rachel and Tanner Courtad, who hasn’t yet been officially confirmed as a cast member, develop a connection in Paradise, but it won’t last. Rachel also shares a passionate kiss with a guy who appears to be Jordan Vandergriff in a video clip. It’s been teased that Brayden gets interested in Rachel as well.
Kylee Russell of The Bachelor Season 27
The nurse got axed by Zach during a video call as he was recovering from COVID-19.
Aaron Schwartzman of The Bachelorette Season 20
Charity eliminated the handsome fireman during week 3. Fans had wanted to see more of him, and they will with Paradise.
Will Urena of The Bachelorette Season 18
The hunk competed for Michelle Young but it didn't work out for him. Will hit the headlines earlier this year by writing of his travel horror on Instagram: “While in Colombia I was drugged, beat [sic], and robbed of all my belongings.” But now he’s recovered and on BIP.
Brooklyn Willie of The Bachelor Season 27
Zach didn’t choose the rodeo rider, but she won fans’ sympathy by bravely telling him about being physically abused by a previous boyfriend.
Catherine “Cat” Wong of The Bachelor Season 27
The New York dancer was sent home by Zach early. Will BIP give her more time to shine?
In addition to Rachel, former Bachelorettes Katie Thurston (Season 17), Charity Lawson (Season 20) and Hannah Brown (Season 15 and Season 28 DWTS winner) will make waves in Paradise, ABC noted.
