Brach’s New Autumn-Themed Treats Have Fans Counting Down the Days to Halloween

Summer may not officially start until June 20, but candy lovers are already excited about new autumn-themed treats coming from Brach's.

On Friday, May 24, food blogger Markie Devo shared via Instagram a promising new offering from the brand set to hit stores ahead of Halloween.

"Almost time to dust off the good ol’ UGGS," he declared. "As we continue on with early spooky season news, we have a new treat from Brach’s. Introducing Brach’s Mellowcreme Autumn Leaves Candy."

The chewy candies, shaped like leaves, will be available in mixed bags featuring five flavors perfect for fall. They include Pumpkin Spice, Salted Butterscotch, Sweet Maple, Caramel Apple and Spiced Cider.

"These were presented at the recent snack expo," Devo noted. "Expect to see them appear in stores as early as August."

In the comments, candy enthusiasts were already counting down the days until the spooky holiday. One person pointed out, "Only 160 days until Halloween 👻."

Another Instagram user declared, "Yes please Fall now. Hate summer haha," while someone else wrote, "the best time of the year is on its way🤭," and a third exclaimed, "So excited!!! 😭🍂🍁."

Yet another person commented, "OMG YUM. the caramel apple ones are already great."

Still, others voiced the need to savor the hot summer months before they can even think about fall-themed candy. One Instagram user wrote, "🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 i need my summer first! I love my annual pumpkin ones - would def try these out."

Someone else echoed, "Too soon! It’s barely summer!"
