Highlights: In the 200-yard freestyle, Dwyer won the NYSPHSAA championships, the Section 1 title, set at new Rockland County record and Clarkstown record. He garnered All-County first-team honors and the National Interscholastic Swim Coaches Association 'All American' consideration award. In the 200 individual medley, he won the Rockland County title and set the team record. In the 100 butterfly, Dwyer won the NYSPSHAA and Federation titles, won the Section 1 title, and became the Section 1 League and Championship meet record holder. He's the Rockland County and team record holder. Dwyer garnered All-County first-team honors and the NISCA All-American automatic award for the event. Dwyer won the Rockland County title in the 100 freestyle. He placed fourth in the 500 free at the League 1 championships. He finished second at the League 1 championships in the 100 backstroke. Dwyer, as a member of Clarkstown's 200 medley relay and 200 free relay, won Rockland County titles. Clarkstown finished second in the 200 medley relay at the League 1 championships and third in the 400 free relay. At the Section 1 championships, Dwyer helped the Clarkstown 200 medley relay finish second and helped the 200 free relay win the title. In the relays at the NYSPHSAA championships, Dwyer helped the 200 free relay finish fifth and the 200 medley relay finish fourth. Dwyer was named the Most Outstanding Performer of the NYSPHSAA championship meet and the Most Outstanding Performer of the Rockland County Championships. He garnered All-League and All-Section honors.
