Violent superhero satire The Boys is getting another spin-off series, this time taking the action to Mexico.

According to Deadline, The Boys: Mexico is in the early production stages, with Blue Beetle writer Gareth Dunnet-Alcocer already on board.

No actors have yet been cast, although producers Diego Luna and Gael García Bernal may take minor roles, according to the report.

The Boys: Mexico would be the third spinoff from the main The Boys show, which follows a resistance movement as it tries to expose the dirty goings on of corporate-sponsored superhero group The Seven.

This year, Amazon debuted The Boys Presents: Diabolical, an animated anthology show telling individual stories with different animated styles.

That was followed by the live-action Gen V, which focused on college students studying how to be superheroes while at the same time being studied themselves.

The Boys Season 4 is set to stream on Amazon in 2024, and Gen V has also been commissioned for a second season.
