PEWAMO-WESTPHALIA 43, NORTH MUSKEGON 40, OT

WESTPHALIA — A buzzer-beating 3 from Kash Pohl vaulted the Pirates to a victory over North Muskegon (24-1) in a Division 3 regional semifinal. Trevor Smith notched a team-high 13 points, Grady Eklund scored nine pointe and Reece Thelen tacked on eight points for Pewamo-Westphalia. The Pirates (23-2) will take on Grand Rapids Covenant Christian (17-8) in the regional final at 7 p.m. Thursday at Pewamo-Westphalia.

GRAND RAPIDS CATHOLIC CENTRAL 70, IONIA 38

ALLENDALE — Spencer Tooker finished with a team-high 10 points for the Bulldogs in a Division 2 regional semifinal loss to Grand Rapids Catholic Central. Henry Castle tacked on nine points for Ionia (12-13). Mr. Basketball finalist and Michigan commit Durral Brooks led all scorers with 25 points for Grand Rapids Catholic Central (19-5).
