Book Your Next Airbnb Stay at the Ferrari Museum

On May 1 Airbnb launched a new “Icons” series that will allow guests to stay at nearly a dozen special locations around the world. Locations include Prince's Purple Rain house in Minneapolis, and Marvel's X-Mansion from the X-Men franchise in Westchester, New York. The one that caught our eye, however, was the Ferrari Museum in Maranello, Italy.
Just visiting the Ferrari Museum is a special moment for anyone who claims to be a member of the Tifosi. Getting the chance to actually spend the night there is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. And it is not like you will have to sleep on a cot in a hallway. This is going to be a first-class experience worthy of the Ferrari name.
You and a guest will be hosted by former racing driver Marc Gené. Gené raced in F1 for Minardi and Williams and was an F1 test driver for Ferrari for several years. As a part of your stay Gené will take you on a hot lap of the company's Fiorano test track in a Ferrari 296 GTB. That's our reigning PCOTY winner. Not a bad car.
Also included in the stay is a pair of VIP tickets, which includes exclusive paddock area access, to the 2024 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix. You will also be treated to dinner at Ristorante Cavallino. Enzo Ferrari himself would dine here as this used to be the company canteen. Today it is filled with portraits and memorabilia from Ferrari’s rich history.
Your Ferrari adventure is not over yet. You will get a private tour of the Ferrari Museum, and you will spend the night there sleeping on a bed crafted from the same leather as Ferrari car seats. Red leather, naturally. You will not only be surrounded by historic race cars but by the 110 elite trophies that those cars won.
Requests to book this amazing experience will open on May 6 and will close on 11:59 PM PT on May 8. Airbnb will randomly select a set of potential guests for the opportunity to book their stay.
