Bling Empire: New York Is Coming to Netflix
Ahead of the premiere of Bling Empire season three, Netflix has confirmed news of a spinoff of the popular reality show set in New York City, starring Dorothy Wang. (Wang previously appeared in Bling Empire and Rich Kids of Beverly Hills.) "New York City, I’m here!" Wang proclaims in the trailer.
The synopsis, released by Netflix, reads as follows: "Meet a fresh group of wealthy, sophisticated and hilarious Asian-Americans from New York City, where the quality of real estate is measured by address, not acreage. Conversations are direct, not coded. And competition – for love, for money, and for power – is fierce. Billionaires, CEOs, and fashion icons - it’s a city where you can be anything you want to be."
Other featured people include Tina Leung, a fashion influencer, Richard Chang, who works at Hudson Medical, and Blake Abbie, an actor.
"I’m hoping that I’ll vibe with New York guys more than LA guys. I’m single, ready to mingle," Wang shares in the teaser. Watch here:
"As seen in the teaser, sparkle, fashion and feathers (if you can find them) is the name of the status game as the cast parties and feuds throughout New York’s concrete jungle," Tudum says of the Bling Empire spinoff. "Like Dorothy says in the video, 'Sometimes I don’t want to unleash. But I will.' Prepare for the opera gloves to come off."
No premiere date has been announced yet for Bling Empire: New York. We'll update this as soon as we learn more.
