Blake Shelton (47) is making a strong case for the fact that he's Gwen Stefani's (53) number-one fan.

The Oklahoma native shared a post to his social media last weekend, where he promoted his wife's new track, titled “True Babe.”

In his caption, Shelton wrote, “My wife put out a new song today.. you know... THE GWEN STEFANI!!!!!!! Go listen people!!!! It's a hit!!!!! I'm so proud of you @gwenstefani!!!”

“True Babe” is Stefani’s first solo single in over two years. The singer last released “Slow Clap” back in 2021 (with a remix featuring Saweetie only a month later). Meanwhile, her most-recent solo album was You Make It Feel Like Christmas (2017)—her first full-length holiday LP.

Stefani certainly noticed Shelton's gushing post, and she revealed that her hubby was the inspiration behind her latest track. The former No Doubt member shared Shelton's tweet to her own account, writing, “I love u @blakeshelton thank u for promoting me!! And giving me something to write about [heart emoji] gx #truebabe #prettygirl.”

Shelton and Stefani have been together since 2015 and the pair tied the knot on July 3, 2021, at Shelton's Oklahoma estate.

Throughout their relationship, the duo have collabed on a number of different tracks, including the country pop single “Nobody but You” (which reached the top 20 on the Billboard Hot 100) and the song “Happy Anywhere.” Both of these songs also reached no. 1 on the Billboard US Country Airplay chart.

While Stefani hasn't revealed if “True Babe” is part of a new album, we have a feeling that if it is, Blake will be first in line to buy it.
