On Thursday, Aug. 8, the actress, 36, shared her coat with a young girl who was visibly overcome with emotion at the U.K. gala screening of her movie It Ends with Us.
Lively, who sported a Tamara Ralph Couture gown at the event, was seen dressing the fan in her red-feathered item on the red carpet.
The emotional girl then opened her mouth in shock as she looked down and watched Lively wrap the clothing around her.

Lively also appeared to give her supporters tickets to the screening as she carried multiple passes in her hands — which were decorated with jeweled bracelets and rings by Lorraine Schwartz.
The fans were later snapped carrying the tickets in the palms of their hands as they posed for photos on the red carpet.
Lively plays the role of Lily Bloom in It Ends with Us, which is adapted from Colleen Hoover's 2016 novel of the same name.
The movie follows Bloom moving into a new city and falling in love with a man named Ryle after graduating from college. However, things take a turn when an ex-lover comes back into her life.
"Lily resonated with an enormous amount of people, as the success of the book made clear," Lively told PEOPLE in April 2024. "Stepping into a character who’s had such a meaningful impact is an honor to take on. I loved Lily, and I hope that love is felt by those who care about her like I do, and also those who are getting to know her for the first time in this film."
