Bill Avery to host free concert at Mort Glosser Amphitheatre

Gadsden's “Mr. Southern Soul,” Bill Avery, will host “Neighbor's Day,” a free concert, on May 24, at the Mort Glosser Amphitheatre.

Gates will open at 4 p.m., Avery will hold a video shoot at 7 and the music will begin at 8.

The Daybreak Band, the Gadsden Line Dancers and the Atlanta Showtime Life Dancers also are scheduled to perform, and DJ Bowtie will be handling “the 1s and 2s.”
