What Big Ten tournament games are today? What to watch as Big Ten Tournament continues

Round 2 of the Big Ten men's basketball tournament starts today, and although the top four seeds -- Northwestern, Nebraska, Illinois, and Purdue are not playing quite yet, there are still several big games that could shape March Madness going on today.

Most notably, the No. 5 Wisconsin Badgers, after a late-season collapse that saw the team drop eight of their last eleven, will look to rebound in the Big Ten Tournament.

The Badgers have a lot going their way though. There's an argument to be made that the team just ran into an unlucky stretch. After all, during that eleven-game stretch, the team only lost one game by more than ten points. If they can get off to a hot start tonight, they could go on a run similar to what we saw at the beginning of the season. Unfortunately, the Badgers were abysmal on the road down the stretch, losing each of their last six games away from the Kohl Center.

Other big matchups include a rematch of a thrilling Groundhog Day showdown between the No. 7 Iowa Hawkeyes and No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes. The Hawkeyes got the better of their counterparts in that one by a final of 79-77, but Ohio State was leading at half. Plus, the Hawkeyes needed a combined 16-of-17 shooting from the charity stripe between Patrick McCaffery and Tony Perkins to secure the win. This could be an exhilarating matchup.

  • Game 5: No. 10 Ohio State Buckeyes vs. No. 7 Iowa Hawkeyes; 6:30 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network and/or ESPN+

  • Game 6: No. 11 Penn State Nittany Lions vs. No. 6 Indiana Hoosiers; 9 p.m. ET on Big Ten Network and/or ESPN+
