Big Brother Sets All-Star Reindeer Games Holiday Edition With Big Format Changes — Who Should Come Back?

Big Brother is a summer tradition, but suddenly, we’re feeling a chill in the air.

The CBS reality staple has announced a new six-episode special event, Big Brother Reindeer Games, premiering Monday, Dec. 11 at 8/7c, TVLine has learned. The holiday-themed edition brings back nine Big Brother “legends” to be named later (including one from the most recent season) to compete for a $100,000 grand prize. They’ll be guided by three of “Santa’s Elves” — Season 23’s Derek Xiao and Tiffany Mitchell and Season 11 and 13 vet Jordan Lloyd — as they face off in festive challenges, with one player going home each week.

It’s important to note, though, that Reindeer Games will look a lot different than a typical Big Brother season: The players won’t live in the house together and will not vote each other out, and there won’t be the usual live shows and live feeds. The “Elves” will take the place of host Julie Chen, and the result of each week’s “Santa’s Showdown” competition will determine who goes home.

“Fly on The Wall is excited to bring a new competition series to the Big Brother Universe and get a chance to ring in the holidays with some of our most memorable houseguests,” executive producers Allison Grodner and Rich Meehan said in a statement.

So, Big Brother fans, which former houseguests do you want to see play some Reindeer Games? Hit PLAY on a little sneak peek below, then drop a comment and make your voices heard.
