Dr. Nkem Ugonabo

Dr. Nkem Ugonabo, M.D., M.P.H. is a board-certified dermatologist with advanced training in cosmetic dermatology and lasers. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Stanford University, M.D. degree at the University of Michigan, and M.P.H from Harvard School of Public Health. She also completed her Dermatology training at NYU Medical Center and was appointed Chief Resident in her final year.

Dr. Ugonabo currently practices both medical and cosmetic dermatology at Unionderm and has extensive experience using lasers, injectables like botox and fillers, fat loss treatments, skin tightening, chemical peels, sunscreens and other forms of photo-protection, acne, and hyperpigmentation. She also works as an Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein School of Medicine where she enjoys teaching residents.

Dr. Ryan Turner

Dr. Turner graduated summa cum laude and valedictorian of the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He received his Doctor of Medicine with honors from Harvard Medical School, receiving the Henry Asbury Christian Award for his research accomplishments. He completed his internship in medicine and his dermatology residency at the Harvard-affiliated Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Massachusetts General Hospital, respectively. He has also completed an ACGME-accredited fellowship in Procedural Dermatology at the Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York.

He currently holds an appointment as Assistant Professor at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is former Director of Dermatologic and Laser Surgery at Montefiore Medical Center. He has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles in leading journals such as Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, and Archives of Dermatology.

Dr. Shari Marchbein

Dr. Shari Marchbein is a board-certified dermatologist, a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and is the founder of Niche Dermatology in NYC. Dr. Marchbein earned her medical degree at the State University of New York at Syracuse in 2004. During her time at Syracuse, she was inducted into the prestigious AOA National Medical Honor Society. Dr. Marchbein then completed her internship in Internal Medicine and residency in Dermatology at Pennsylvania State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, where she served as chief resident.

After completing her residency in 2008, Dr. Marchbein moved back to New York City, where she had additional intensive training on the study and practice of cosmetic and laser surgery. Dr. Marchbein is a mother to 9 year old twin boys and has enjoyed teaching dermatology residents for the past 14 years as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology at NYU School of Medicine.

Taylor Worden is a licensed estheticianand founder of Taylor Worden Skin in NewYork City.
