Ben Napier Celebrates Wife Erin on Mother's Day with Their Two Daughters: 'Only One I'd Do This With'

The HGTV couple is parents to daughters Mae and Helen

Erin and Ben Napier are celebrating a wonderful Mother's Day with their family.

On Sunday, May 12, Ben shared a carousel of photos on his Instagram, which featured daughters Mae, 2½, and Helen, 6, as they gave mom Erin a bear hug. Wearing a fuzzy coat, Erin smiles as her daughters climb all over her, heads turned away from the camera.

"#HappyMamasDay to our favorite. The only one I’d do this with," Ben wrote in his caption.

In an exclusive clip shared with PEOPLE ahead of an episode of Home Town earlier this year,the HGTV stars took their two daughters blueberry picking.

“Our girls are obsessed with blueberries. It’s their favorite food in the world," Erin said in a voice-over as the camera panned over a blueberry field.

The proud parents then helped their daughters put blueberries into a bucket. "Ooo Mae-Mae! Look at these big, fat blueberries," Erin said as she bent down to drop a berry into her daughter's bucket.

In February, Erin chatted with PEOPLE about her organization Osprey (Old School Parents Raising Engaged Youth), which focuses on uniting families who pledge to live screen-limited and social media-free childhoods until they graduate high school.

"For us, it's less about what we don't want them to use and more about what we want them to do with the adolescence that they're going to be given," Erin said of her daughters.

"I feel like when our kids have more opportunity to be engaged in the real world and learning skills and finding their talents, that's where self-assurance comes from. And the opposite of finding self-assurance is in social media. Everything that tears down our self-confidence and self-assurance lives there," she explained.

"So that's really what we want to focus on is helping our girls find their gifts in the real world, and when they're older, much older, I think they'll be mentally prepared for what social media is and the tool that it can be."
