  • Bella Thorne just dropped some spicy new pics on Instagram showing off her epically toned abs and some underboob in a strappy top.

Everyone and their mom is going to see the Barbie movie, and it’s a whole event—next-level outfits, hair, nails, the works. Bella Thorne knows the deal, because she went all out before hitting the movie theater.

The 25-year-old actress just dropped a slew of pics of herself in a white silky wrap top and matching flowy skirt that shows off her toned abs and some major underboob. Bella piled on layers of jewelry and topped everything off with her sculpted legs in strappy sandals. “Someone turn my outfit all pink because I’m seeing Barbie tonight!!!” she wrote in the caption.

People cheered her on in the comments section. “You are Barbie,” one wrote. “Wow, stunning,” another said. And of course, the fire emojis were endless.

Bella is super toned these days—so, if you're curious what she been up to in the health and fitness department, you're not alone. Unfortunately, the actress hasn’t said a ton about her workout routine lately, but she’s dropped little snippets here and there. Yahoo noted last year that she posted video in her Instagram Story of herself doing a bunch of moves at the gym to target her abs.

In one video, she used a hanging leg raise machine to prop herself up and then lifted a medicine ball up and down with her legs. She worked her way through three sets of that exercise, making it clear that she was getting an intense burn.

Bella has previously worked out with her brother, who is a trainer. In fact, she told Hollywood Life that workouts were a “family affair” at the height of the pandemic.

Some of her go-tos? Yoga, strength training, and “a bit of boxing” to help her stay all-over strong.

Plus, Bella told Allure that she’s not into doing traditional cardio for fitness. “A lot of people think that cardio burns off weight better than weightlifting does...but weightlifting works your muscles, getting them toned while losing fat,” she said.

Bella has worked through a bunch of toning exercises over the years, per Women’s Health UK, including Pilates, going to town on the VersaClimber, hot yoga, and spinning.

Of course, she also keeps it real when it comes to body image. Back in 2022, Bella encouraged her Twitter followers to ignore their weight and focus on how exercise makes them feel. “Almost every day I have been to the gym in the last six weeks,” she said. “Turns out I only lost one pound of fat and gained one pound of muscle. Throw away your scales ladies because they don’t mean shit. As long as YOU feel better and u like the way u look that’s all that matters.”
