Bella Hadid moves to Fort Worth to be with Texas cowboy ‘partner,’ ride cutting horses

Supermodel Bella Hadid is opening up about her life in Texas and living in Fort Worth.

Hadid, 27, has appeared in fashion and fragrance campaigns for over a decade amassing an estimated net worth of $25 million. She is one of the more well known runway models in the business, accumulating over 60 million followers on Instagram.

The model was spotted in the Fort Worth Stockyards last year with Adan Banuelos, 35, a celebrated horse rider and trainer, who’s from North Texas. In a TMZ video, Hadid and Banuelos are seen walking and canoodling around the popular tourist spot.

Now several months after Hadid and Banuelos relationship went public, the supermodel is opening up about her life in Texas in a recent interview with Allure.

In the past year, Hadid has moved to Texas and settled into her new home in Fort Worth.

The supermodel told Allure that the move signified not only a new chapter in her life, but in her relationship with Banuelos. The move also marked an unofficial step back from modeling to focus on her mental and physical health.

With the break in modeling, Hadid said said she returned to amateur cutting horse competitions after taking a hiatus due to her bout with Lyme disease.

In a competition earlier this year, Hadid told Allure that she finished eighth place. On the National Cutting Horse Association 2024 “Amateur Rider of the Year” list, Hadid is in 89th place with over $13,000 in earnings.

“After 10 years of modeling, I realized I was putting so much energy and love and effort into something that, in the long run, wasn’t necessarily giving it back to me,” Hadid told Allure.

With Hadid now on the cutting horse scene, she has a great partner in Banuelos.

The horseman, who Hadid refers to as “my partner” in the interview, rose to great success in the cutting horse world. Banuelos was named National Cutting Horse Association leading open rider in 2018, 2020, 2021 and 2022.

Compared to Hadid’s other flames such as massively popular musicians Drake and The Weeknd, Banuelos is a much more down-to-earth choice.
