Beauty Products Worth Buying at Costco
Costco may not spring to mind as a go-to spot for beauty buys, but our research shows it's a great place for deals on many products you can stockpile, especially hair and skin care items. In store, Costco members can find good buys on drugstore staples and some salon-quality items in-store, but if you're in search of something special, don't forget to go online — Costco's website has an impressive range of luxury beauty products for less.

$11.49 for 5
Costco can be a great place to stock up on deodorant, especially if you're shelling out cash for individual sticks at the pharmacy or big box store every time you need more. One of the best in-store deals is a five-pack of 2.1-ounce Secret pH Invisible Solid Deodorant for $11.49, or $1.09 an ounce. Amazon, on the other hand, sells six of them for $20.46, or $1.31 an ounce.

$19.99 for two
If you're a Cetaphil devotee, Costco might be your skin care nirvana. In store, a two-pack of 20-ounce tubs of Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream is $19.99, or 50 cents an ounce. Those are prices untouched by most other retailers. The best Amazon can do is $15.05 for 20 ounces of the cleanser, or 75 cents an ounce. Walmart offers 16 ounces of the cream for $14.98, or about 94 cents an ounce.

$47.99 for 1.25 fl. oz.
Looking to turn back the clock a bit? StriVectin SD Advanced Intensive Eye Concentrate aims to diminish lines and wrinkles in just a couple of weeks, and many reviewers say it works well. Costco sells a 1-ounce tube with a smaller, quarter-ounce back up in store for $47.99, or $25 an ounce. At Amazon, just a 1-ounce tube will set you back $55.
$18.99 for 7
If you've been shelling out more than $3 a pop for a tub of the popular Eos Lip Balm in the checkout line at Target or another big-box store, think again. Costco sells a seven-pack of Eos for $18.99, or $2.71 each. Target, Walmart, and Amazon sell single packs for over $3 each.
$33.99 for 3.4 ounces
Costco is a bonanza for any Oil of Olay lover, with several products available in store. Deals include $33.99 for 3.4 ounces of Olay Total Effects 7-in-1 Moisturizer With SPF 15, making it $10 an ounce. Target wants $13.82 per ounce, selling the 1.7 ounce bottle for $23.49, while Amazon is asking $18.41, or $10.83 an ounce.

Though Costco sells familiar brand names including Pantene and Dove, the store's best hair care deal is usually its own Kirkland Signature shampoo and conditioner, which earn raves for being both better and cheaper than the name brands. A big 33.8-ounce bottle of shampoo is just $11.49 in store, or 34 cents an ounce. The conditioner is even cheaper at $10.99 for the same size, or 33 cents an ounce.

If a salon-style brand is a must, Costco also has a two-pack of 34-ounce bottles of well-reviewed Nexxus Therappe Shampoo and Humectress Conditioner in store. Prices are $29.99 (44 cents an ounce) while Target has the Ultimate Moisture version for $28.99 for two 13.5 ounce bottles, or $1.07 an ounce.
$25 for 40-ounces
Neutrogena's Rain Bath shower gel has some passionate users, many of whom roundly praise its fresh, clean scent. You can find a 40-ounce bottle in store at Costco for $25 (63 cents an ounce). At CVS online, a 16-ounce bottle sells for $14 (87 cents an ounce).
$16 for 40 ounces
One of Amazon's best-selling lotions, Aveeno Active Naturals Daily Moisturizing Lotion, is much cheaper at Costco. In store, you can nab 40 ounces for $16, which is 41 cents an ounce. Compare that to $7 for just 12 ounces, at 58 cents an ounce, at Amazon.
$55 for 2 ounces
Looking for a way to fill out skimpy eyelashes or eyebrows? Costco sells two 1-ounce tubes of RapidLash Eyelash & Eyebrow Enhancing Serum for $55
online. At Amazon, you can get only one tube for about $34, and other retailers may charge $40or more for one tube.
$18 for six 2-ounce bottles
Rogaine has long been the go-to treatment for men with thinning hair, but before you spend big, reviewers say Kirkland Signature Hair Regrowth Treatment is worth a shot. The Kirkland brand, which features the same active ingredient as Rogaine, is $18 for a six-pack of 2-ounce bottles. At Target, a similar formula of Rogaine is $21 for a pack of just three 2-ounce bottles.
$25 for 5 ounces
This high-end cleanser is meant to get all traces of makeup off, and typically sells for much more, with 5 ounces going for $37 at Ulta Beauty. The cost for something you just rinse right off is much more palatable when you buy from Costco, where a 5 ounce bottle goes for $25.
$50 for 2 ounces
If you're looking for a do-it-all moisturizer, this "cosmeceutical" quality cream tightens and plumps, protects, and gives skin a luminous look. The Perricone MD line is typically quite pricey, and this cream normally costs $75 for 2 ounces at cosmetics stores like Ulta Beauty. The best deal can be found at Costco, where you can get the same amount of cream for $15 less.
$27 for a 6-ounce two-pack
If you need to stock up on sunscreen that's safe for the kids, Mustela is a go-to brand name in baby skincare. For $27, you can get a two-pack of 6-ounces of water-resistant sunscreen spray that's good for all ages. If you buy the same product directly through the Mustela site, you'll be spending $22on just one 6-ounce bottle.
$50 at Costco
If you've heard whisperings about about the uber popular Revlon One-Step Hair Dryer and Volumizer and have secretly always wanted to try it, now is your chance to give it a go and get it for less. At Costco, this handy hair item is $50 for the new version, which has a new size and titanium technology to more easily style different lengths and reduce hair damage. At Amazon, this exact same styler currently costs $59- while not a huge difference, why pay more if you don't have to?

An anti-aging facial device that sculpts and lifts the face without any surgery or dermatologist intervention sounds admittedly magical. The Nuface Trinity Facial Toning Device promises to do all this, and in the comfort of your own home. However, these microcurrent facial toners do not come cheap - if you buy it from Sephora, you'll be shelling out $449. That's why if you're interested to give this device a shot, you can't beat Costco's offer of just about half that amount for the same exact product.
$33 for three-item set
This versatile cream can be used for dry skin or irritations, and the 3-piece set is perfect for storing in different rooms and on-the go. You can pay $38 at Amazon or get the exact same trio at Costco for $5 less.
$21 for 18 pounds
We all know Costco is great for stocking up on extra large quantities, and epsom salt, perfect for a relaxing bath, is no exception. You can get a huge 18-pound sack of it for just $21. If you bought the same size bag from Amazon, you would have to pay nearly $32.
