Beautiful, private Cape in Dartmouth sold for $1.2 million: Weekly home sales

This week’s top-selling home is a beautiful Cape, surrounded by stone walls on three sides and hidden behind large arborvitaes for total privacy, that sold for $1,180,300.

The 3,300-square-foot house at 19 Harbor St, Dartmouth, sitting on one-third of an acre, features a huge deck, large 2,000-plus square foot basement with full walk-in freezer.

It includes five beds, six baths, a spacious kitchen with two refrigerators, formal dining room, large living room, den and cozy fireplace.

According to its listing, the house was last sold May 13, 2013, for $275,000, and listed for sale again in August 2019 for $729,000. It "has excellent rental history and 4.6 star rating, listed on both VRBO/HomeAway and AirBnB," it states.
